Drone, exterior, interior, engine room, and a broker-voiced walkthrough video. All assets become yours — regardless of who eventually sells the boat.

Spec sheet & story

Day Four

Full equipment manifest, maintenance summary, and a one-page editorial. Buyers fall for narratives; spec sheets close them.

Day Five

Standard

10% of selling price

Covers all photography, video, listing fees, marketing, network distribution, and the closing process. We earn when you sell — not before.

Co-brokerage

Split with cooperating brokers

If a co-broker brings the buyer, the commission is split at no extra cost to you. The 10% covers both sides of the table.

Mega-yacht

Negotiated above 100 ft

For eight-figure vessels, commission is structured separately and agreed in writing before the contract is signed. Talk to Pete.
